My husband and I also spent an enjoyable night in The Turret Suite of The Franklin House. All of the accommodations (guestrooms and baths) at this inn are quite nice, and breakfast at the inn is a real treat! - Maxine

Had the pleasure of staying at the Franklin Street Inn B&B in Appleton, WI recently. This old home is beautifully redone with many antiques and an extensive history. The owner Judy is friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a tour of the property and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! |
| We stayed in the "Turret Room", which has a beautiful fire-place and jacuzzi tub. It also has a small private dining area in the turret itself, along with an additional available smaller bedroom that is attached and can be rented if needed. The breakfast was delicious and filling, along with being beautifully presented and served to us in our private area. The B&B is within easy walking distance of old Appleton, lots of shops and places to eat. |

| There is also a nightclub within walking distance. Altogether, this was an extremely pleasant place to stay at, and we plan to do so again soon. They also offer "girl’s weekend" plans, and host bridal showers, baby showers, and are planning "murder mystery" type weekends. How fun! As you can tell, I can't recommend this place highly enough. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did! |
